For me it was like {nding a spring of crystal clear water
after so long in the desert…
And I couldn’t wait to gulp down some of that sweet,
precious, deep sleep…
I don’t know if it was just in my head…
…b ut I swear I woke up the next morning and already felt

…lik e my body just moved better and I felt more vitality…
